After years of daydreaming about purchasing the historic—but run-down—1910 Jennings Building, Greg took the plunge in 2014. He called it The Jennings Hotel and, with help from his creative crew in Portland, filled each of the nine rooms with handmade furniture, soft textiles, and pops of colorful art.
